I help companies say what they mean and look like they mean it. I turn chaos into conversion.

Yeah, you’re on a Notion page. I’ve spent literal decades sharpening companies’ messaging, UX, and design… but my own site? Cobbler’s kid.

Why? Because I’ve been busy. After growing Cozy Design from a solo consultancy into a full-service agency (acquired by Border in 2023), I’m now back on my own and focused on the work, not self-promotion.

💡 How I help

<aside>

Growth usually stalls for one reason: the outside world doesn’t understand why you’re great. I fix that.

I turn scattered product ideas, fuzzy marketing, and half-formed sales stories into clear, sharp, cohesive narratives. Stories that power investor decks, sales decks, websites, marketing campaigns, and even product roadmaps.

Then I turn that story into real-world creative output:

And I do it pragmatically, with zero patience for precious, fussy design. The goal isn’t to win design awards (they’re BS); it’s to get 80% of the value in 20% of the time, then move on to solving the next problem.

It’s just me. And that’s usually enough.

Also, I have strong opinions about sentence casing.

🤝 Who I help

<aside>

I work best with small to mid-sized companies that:

For these companies, I act as a one-person creative department: taking minimal input — as little as one conversation — and turning it into maximum output: clear positioning, sharp messaging, live websites, polished decks, campaigns, and collateral.

And if you already have an internal team (maybe a stretched-thin marketing director or a couple of specialists), I’m happy to plug in as a senior partner, adding leadership, direction, and horsepower.

Does your founder still write the website copy?
